A: We do ship internationally. So you may shop for yourself or send gifts to your overseas friends and relatives. We also provide free shipping as well. Please check our Shipping & Delivery page for more details.

 Shipping Methods

heavenroom.com gladly accepts orders from outside Thailand. We use Thailand Post as our delivery company. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and hotels.

• We do not ship this item to ITALY and GERMANY. We ship with an air mail by  Thailand Post
• After the payment received, All items are wrapped in a bubble sheet to protect them during transit.
• The shipping and handling price is already include an Insurance for every item that you purchases. 

• For Standard Shipping, no single order can exceed 2 kg. If your order is over that, we will automatically separate them into several orders to meet the weight requirement. You will also be notified all the tracking number by paypal's tracking info or paysbuy's tracking info before the item arrive your destination .

 Delivery time

Orders are processed soon after receipt to ensure that your items are shipped to you as soon as possible. You are expected to receive your orders within 2-14 business days (excluding the day placing the order) depending on the delivery country and shipping method selected.

These are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery times may vary, particularly during Christmas,  Easter and other holiday periods. Although we cannot guarantee delivery times, we do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them.

Business Days: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within Thailand. Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed by the end of the next business day or within 2 business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are usually processed by the end of the day following the next business day.

PLEASE NOTE: Since some of the Customs in the European countries including UK and France may take a relatively long time to inspect the parcels, the delivery time of some orders may take 3-4 weeks. If you encounter this problem, please        "contact us" for more assistance.
